To develop aids and guidelines for  amateur referees  to better identify and deal with act of racist behaviours and insults, given the needs of each local reality

Amateur Football Free of Racism and Promoting Integration

Prominent issue of racism on the pitch and in stadiums are today very frequent.

 In this regard, amateur football teams are seen as the ideal arena where dialogue can be engendered regarding race and racism.

Considering the lack of protocols, directives and training for referees, trainers and clubs on issues of racism and discrimination, the Onside project aims at providing tools and exchanging good practices among organizations
